We arrived a day early into Sneads Ferry and the owner of Scot’s company let us stay behind his office building. The next afternoon we moved into our campsite at Seahaven Marine Park in Sneads Ferry, NC. Such a relaxing time right in the marina, except we discovered during a heavy rainstorm that our skylight had numerous fracture cracks from the killer Florida sun drying out the plastic! (More on that later.) Daisy and I (Maureen) were able to see many sunrises from the dock just steps away. We stayed two weeks so that we could spend some time with Melissa and Scot (Craig’s brother and wife). Craig and I had a great time hanging out and exploring the area. While we were there we introduced Craig to Thai food, and now he’s hooked! Scot and Melissa also prepared some excellent meals and Daisy loved playing with their dogs Roscoe and Bo.
